· If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reasons, please contact us within 5 business days to arrange for a credit, refund or exchange. All shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable. Items returned must be insured.

· All items are packaged safely to ensure our products arrive without damage. If your purchase arrives damaged please contact us immediately at info@janelleimports.com to arrange for any exchange. Please keep the box, packing material, and broken pottery, until we get the clearance from UPS regarding the claim payment.

· Except for pieces received damaged, all returns must be in new, unused condition. The first quality sticker must be intact for your return to be processed.

· All MANUFAKTURA stoneware is hand formed and hand painted. Slight variations in pattern and color are characteristic of Polish Stoneware or Pottery. Additionally, all sizes are approximate.
