Janelle Imports' commitment is to always provide you with most excellent service at all times. Janelle Imports takes pride in offering products of the highest quality, artistry and workmanship. Our inventory is replenished monthly with the arrival of new merchandise imported directly from our Stoneware factory MANUFAKTURA in Boleslawiec, Poland. As with any hand formed and hand painted stoneware, colors and patterns may vary slightly. We only offer first quality MANUFAKTURA stoneware to our online retail customers. Please note, all measurements are approximate.
All products are dishwasher, oven and microwave safe, cadmium and lead free.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return the unused product within thirty(30) days of purchase for a replacement or full refund. Refunds are available when the original invoice accompanies the return of items in a new, unused condition. Merchandise much have original sticker in place. To return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order and return via UPS Ground or insured parcel post. You are responsible for return shipping costs if the product is no longer needed or desired or if the wrong product was ordered. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of broken or damaged merchandise or if the return is a result of our error.
